I started the Whole30 challenge on June 30, 2014. This is my second go around of the Whole30. I loved the results of my first Whole30 that I’ve decided to take another swing at it. The most beneficial results from my Whole30 experience was how much more energy I had as well as no stomach bloating. My conclusion is eating good makes you feel good. I didn’t know how crappy I was feeling until I started eating the right foods to fuel my body. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to get healthy and feel better.
